I had a breast lump, which grew over the course

Patient

Q: I had a breast lump, which grew over the course of 2 months into the size of 8×8 cm, the biopsy and tru cut biopsy where not inclusive, so it had to be excised, it was diagnosed as low grade non hodgkin's lymphoma, however the PET-CT should no sign of tumor but rather low grade metabolism, I am 18, and from egypt so medicine isn't really good in here, I didn't start treatment, the lump is gone, however axillary lymph nodes remain swollen, and yesterday after a month from my surgery the lymph nodes near the sternum are getting larger, I want to get some insight on as what I should do, and prognosis probabilities
