Patient :I had a horrible cold virus about two weeks ago that went away and I felt better for about two days. Then I became sick again (with what I thought was the same thing) about a week ago. This time though my symptoms were extremely different. I have extremely swollen glands in my neck, a sore throat, a continuous cough, heavy diarrhea, stomach pain and a low fever of about 101. I went to the doctors and he told me I had possible mono and to take it easy (but no blood work was done). That was a week ago and I am so much worse today. Is this really mon
