Patient :I had an incident while sledding today, where I went airborne from a ramp and landed directly on the lower part of the upper half of my back, and also hit my head on the ground and bit my lip. My head is fine with no concussions or anything, however my back does hurt quite a bit. I am almost positive that it is just muscle soreness, but since I can't be 100% sure, I may see a chiropractor. For the time being, what would be the best position to sleep in just tomake sure I don't hurt it anymore? Just whatever feels most comfortable?
