I had an mri on my left pinky finger stating

Patient : I had an mri on my left pinky finger stating suspected deficiency of the a2 pulley of the little finger, predominantly on the ulnar aspect, associated with slight bowstringing of the flexor tendon. A tiny deep split of the flexor digitorum profundus tendon is question ed at the level of the proximal aspect of the proximal phalanx. What this injuries occurred six months ago. What can I expect as a treatment for this.
