I had my gallbladder out a month ago I woke

Patient

Q: I had my gallbladder out a month ago. I woke up with a pinched nerve in my back and about a week after surgery I got a what could be described as a foggyness in the right side of my head and a lightheadedness that comes and stays more than goes. I am weak on the whole right side of my body and now my ear feels plugged. I am constipated barely have an appetite and my neck was popping and cracking and is now completely stiff and seems swollen on right side I also have blurred vision.....could my nerve specifically vagus nerve be damaged from surgery (laproscopic) ?I have heart palpitations from time to time and the pressure in my ear moves down into my jaw and throat sometimes all on right side. The ear started after I attempted to lay on my right side.

Symptoms:  Dry cough, lightheadedness
