Q: I had surgery 5 days ago and the dr assumed it was an ectopic pregnancy as I was 5 weeks pregnant and had 2 liters of blood in my stomach. I had no bleeding at all. In the notes from surgery it says they removed a hematoma and my tube and ovary was fine. My hcg levels went from 8000 to 2000 that day. 3 days after surgery I started bleeding, it was brownish at first then turned bright red, it has been light bleeding but there has been clots, it is now back to a brownish color and only spotting. I took another pregnancy test and it instantly came up positive. If it has been 5 days since surgery and my levels were 2000 5 days ago, am I still pregnant?
