I have 4 children ages 3, 7, 9, and 12

Patient : I have 4 children ages 3, 7, 9, and 12. All have had flu-like symptoms since Monday last week (9 days), fever of 101, congestion with yellow expectorant, cough, etc. My 7 year old then ended up with a double ear infection and has been taking Amoxicillin since Friday. My 9 year old son has now started Amoxicillin as well for ear infection since yesterday. My 3 year old son is running a fever of 101 and is complaining of a stomach ache and feeling nauseous and just is not himself. His pulse is 125 and Sp02 95% on room air. Their pediatrician's office can not fit them in today. I'm at a loss. Should I wait this out and continue with Motrin and cold meds? Or should I take them to urgent care/ER? Does the flu normally last this long?
