The bump at the vagina which can not be burst or come to a head can still be a cyst or a solid mass like lipoma.
I would advise in such a case to consult your Gynecologist and get an appointment for its excision.
This will help in two ways.
1, you get rid of the mass which is not a part of the normal.
2. you get a definite HPE diagnosis.
