Patient : I have a constant pain in my thumb, Palm of my hand and wrist leading up my arm. The pains worse when I put pressure on the certain areas and it's also worse at night. It started about a week ago, I was at work waitressing I held onto one of the plates tightly with my thumb then afterwards it went tingly and numb all over my thumb then began to hurt whenever i put pressure on it. the pain has gradually spread to my hand wrist and arm and is now constant, getting worse when I apply pressure or simply just touch the areas
