Patient :Why do I constantly have to pee? I am 17 year old female and my diet is not the healthiest at all but my body is still in good shape. There is no blood in my urine/ it isn't discolored, no smell, and it doesn't burn when I pee. Some times it is a lot of urine but a lot of the times it doesn't feel like anything i just have the constant urge to pee. Id say I pee about more than 12 times a day . When I'm at school or out i don't really get the urge to pee more than normally, but when I've just been sitting at home all day it feels like I have to go pee after every episode of the show I'm watching. It increases at night from what I've noticed. Its come to the point of where i will use the rest room then, 5 minutes later when i decide i am about to sleep i suddenly need to pee. Its not like i drink a lot of fluids (which i know is not good), so I'm not sure at all why i have to pee so much. This all started about 2 years ago I went camping and i had a horrible experience and while i was there i would literally get up at night every 5 minutes to pee there was no way i could sleep and i didn't eat during the day or drink anything so i didn't know what was happening to me. When i got home this continued and i read online that it could be because i had a horrible experience camping and it was more or stress peeing i guess. but then it went away and now more recently this year it has come back but it isn't as bad i don't wake up at night anymore to pee. So i was wondering what it could be, maybe a UTI , a bladder infection, is it a physiological problem, or is it just completely natural and I'm just over thinking.
