Q: I have a herniated disc in my lower lumbar. Its probbaly been a year or More. When first diganoised i swithed jobs to a less physical position. Now Im back to a position where im lifting a lot of weight. In the past couple of weeks my left knee has been really sore. Causes me to limp. Its like an achy pain around and behind the knee. Also ocassionally Ill get a shooting pain down my leg. Anyways this could be assosiated with the herniated disc? Also bo swelling or redness on the knee
