I have a lower back pain that will not go

Patient : I have had a terrible lower back ache for up to 8 weeks now of which i was bedridden for a month. I could not walk. when i sit, i will need help to get up. At first i saw the doctor during the mild period of the pain during which i was given strong pain medication but none worked. i have had an MRI and XRAYS but nothing has been detected. Though the pain is better and i am able to walk, I feel it is taking too long for me to recover as this condition has altered my body posture and the physiotherapist im seeing now says my spine has assumed an irregular curved shape. Would you advice i seek another professional opinion as i am still in lots of pain?
