I have a Medtronic pacemaker that was adjusted from AAI

Patient : I have a Medtronic pacemaker that was adjusted from AAI 30 to AAIR 60 (only have atrial lead) on Monday, it had been turned down due to RUQ pain, but had my gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago and we felt we would see if the pain returned. Since that time (later in the afternoon) I developed a headache that will not subside no matter what painkiller I take ( I have tried Excedrin, Advil, Tramadol and Percocet, not all at the same time). I am wondering if I should be concerned. I still have the original problem where the PPM paces the Right phrenic nerve (injured from cardiac ablation which resulted in need for PPM), which is why it was turned down to begin with.
Symptoms:  Ongoing headache since Monday (main question)
Right diaphragm pain, not hiccups, due to R phrenic nerve injury and pacing
