I have a peptide that was in powder form It

Patient: I have a peptide that was in powder form. It had 5mg. I reconstituted the powder with 2ml of bacteriostatic water. If i wanted to draw 350 mcg from an insulin needle that holds 30units, at what mark will I pull the syringe at?
