I have a recurring problem, a sore throat, that is followed by nausea. This only lasts two days.

Q: Over the last year or so, since I started at a new job - in a call centre environment, I seem to have a recurring problem and I haven't been able to find anything similar to its symptoms online. Its starts on day one with a sore throat, this varies in its severity but this is always gone by day two when I have nausea all day, I'm never actually sick but I just feel incredibly nauseas all day. This is gone by day three and I feel fine. I don't get colds on a regular basis, and I have only had flu once. I eat healthily and exercise on a regular basis. Since January 2011 I have had this 5 times.
