I have a roommate that is diabetic and hasn't been

Patient

Q: I have a roommate that is diabetic and hasn't been taken his insulin for several months now, he eats unhealthy, drinks beer and smokes. In the last month or so he has lost about 40lbs, he looks like a skeleton with skin, he's moody, angry, lethargic, having chest pains, and now is sleeping all the time. He refuses to go to the Hospital. He did this once before and the ER doctor told me if I hadn't brought him in when I did, he would have been dead within hours. Right now he's at the same point where he was before. What can I do if he refuses help and will I be liable since I know what's going on?
