I have a wound on my knee and I don't

Patient

Q: I have a wound on my knee and I don't know if it's infected ?

Doctor

A:   Hello
Thank you for posting your query on ATD.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. If there is pus discharge, you have fever and severe pain then it is likely to be infected. To prevent infection you can take antibiotics and for pain you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C help in healing. Hope your query get answered.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
