I have been having a sharp pain on my upper

Q: I have been having a sharp pain on my upper right back right under my shoulder blade for at least 5 months now. I have gone to two doctors about it. The first ran some tests including an ekg, bloodwork, and an X-ray. But after getting a call from his receptionist saying the results where normal and offered no further steps, I became frustrated and went to a different doctor. After telling this doctor what I had known from the previous doctor, he quickly diagnosed me with notalgia paresthetica. After doing some research on it, it does not really seem to match what I have. I would just like to know if there is anything else that would be possible? I originally suspected a pleurisy, especially since I had been very sick right before the pain started.
