Patient :I have been trying to lose weight for about a year. I eat very healthy low calorie meals. I do have a cheat day but I do not over do it. I work out five days a week for about two hours. I do not do the same exercises every day. I do zumba classes twice a week. The other work outs I do change daily. I have joined a program that gives different class everyday. I also jog about two miles. I have lost about 15 pounds but have not been able to lose anymore. Could there be something medically wrong with me
