Patient :I have been trying to lose weight since August. I go to the gym 3 times a week. I eat healthy, 5 times a day. Three times being meals and two healthy snacks. I have only lost 6lbs. I seem to be stuck. What else could I do? I am 4'11 and at 167lbs. I'm also 26 years old.
