I have hypothyroidism which is just before my pregnancy My

Patient : I have hypothyroidism which is just before my pregnancy. My TSH level in pregnancy was staying little higher like 3.05 or 4.78 that's why my obstetrician suggested me to take 150mcg of ELTROXIN (Levothyroxin). However, two months after my baby is born I went for my postpartum checkup where they checked my TSH level so it came really low 0.13. Now can you please suggest me how much dose of ELTROXIN (Levothyroxin) should I take?
