I understand your concern.
Itchy blister on one hand is most likely due to Tinea mannum of bullous variety. It is fungal infection of skin involving palms leading to bulla or blister formation.
Other common causes include irritant contact dermatitis due to occupational exposure or any other thing, lichen planus.
I will advise you to visit your doctor so that he can do clinical examination and advise you accordingly.
Treatment plan would depend on the diagnosis.
