Q: I have juste started following an excercize plan that started at the beginning of May. It is about 50 minutes a day alternation cardio and strenght training. Before this workout plan, I excercised about 20 minutes a day and the intensity of my workouts were lower. All was good until a few days ago, I feel like I have no energy, no motivation and my head hurts. Do I lack food? Do I lack water? I really want to finish this plan, even after I eat, I am still dizzy.
