Patient :I have knee pain I did MRI test and MRI test state "Moderate joint effusion is seen with extension into supra-partellar recess, para-condylar, intercondylar region and tibio-femoral joint spaces. Few patchy STIR hyperintensities are seen along medial tibial condyle-like bone marrow edema. Garde I changes are seen inposterior horn of lateral meniscus, grade II horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus with fluid within it is seen. Thinning of anterior cruciate ligament of its middle substance fibers with buckling of posterior cruciate ligament is seen- likely partial thickness tear".
Please help me out with the correct solution.
