Q: I have pain in my left upper thigh (outside of thigh) and sometimes lower buttox. I can barely run and when I can it is very awkward. It is often painful after waking up from sleeping. It started about 5 months ago after the end of the basketball season. I have tried stretching and it is barely helping.

Symptoms:  Painful upper thigh, hurts when I sneeze
