Patient: I have pain in the wrist when I bend it downward too far or upward too far. It is the most painful upon downward movement (flexion?). I have normal grip strength and can rotate it fine. It hurts when doing things such as push ups. I can feel the pain in the middle of the top of my wrist, but I can only cause the pain by pushing on said area while the wrist is bent forward. When it is bent backwards it is as if the area is hidden. Also, the pain is off and on. I will forget I had it until maybe a week later and it will be too painful to throw a ball or something similar, sometimes even severe.
