Q: I have persistent lower back pain which is situated in the middle as opposed to
either side, it is mild pain and gets better when I actually walk around and is worse when sitting but it's been there for a couple of months, what could it be? I saw a dr a week after it started and she thought it was more mechanical... I am 30 years old male and not overweight.

The pain itself alternates between a mild dull ache to a burning sensation.
