I have POTS dysautonomia It is very difficult to find

Patient

Q: I have POTS dysautonomia. It is very difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable about this. I constantly have associated pain in the chest on the left that radiates to the arm (T1 innervation) as well as C5-7. The pain is not indicative of any underlying CD. My question is why is the pain in the left side reminiscent of MI etiology? Can it be due to pleurisy, incorrect signaling through the autonomic chain, decreased membrane potential due to ion gap in neurons or referred pain from liver, pancreas or diaphragm? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
