Patient :I have three red spots on the head of my penis. One is about the size of a pencil eraser. The other one is about half the size, and there's a smaller one right next to the hole. They do not itch, there is no discharge, and no pain. Occasionally they'll dry out and flake, but most of the time they're just there. I'm not sure on what direction to go because it freaks me out a bit. From my research I kinda of self diagnosed down to three possible things; dermatitis, psoriasis, or lichen planis. Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
