I HAVE YTA WHAT NOW

Patient : I HAVE BEEN TOLD I HAVE A ANTIGENT IN MY BLOODCALLED YTA THEY ARE NOT SURE HOW I GOT IT. ABPOUT 50 YEARS AGO I HAD A BLOOD TRANSFUSION WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN A FEW YEARS LATER I HAD SOME WITH AN OPERATION IN209 I HAD 2 BECAUSE OF A LOW BLOOD COUNT.IN 2010 I HAD SEVERAL WHEN I HAD A TRIPPLE BY-PASS SURGERY. I WAS TESTED AND CROSS MATCHED FOR BLOOD EACH TIME AND THEY SAID I WAS O- POSITIVE AND IT SHOWED NO YTA. IN SEP.OF THIS YEAR I HAD TO HAVE SURGERY. IT SHOWED YTA. WHAT NOW?
