I just need a small suggestion thank you!!

Patient

Q: So, I have had a small minor crack on the fibula of the left leg. I have put on a cast on jan 3rd just after the incident on 1st Jan. I am already able to walk with the cast on and have been taking care of my foot completely avoiding stress putting activities on the particular foot. My doctor has advised me to remove the cast after about 2 weeks or earlier for full reovery. But I have to really get back to school. Can I remove the cast a bit earlier than that and walk without the cast freely but still avoid running or any such stress activities on the foot? Can I shorten the time by being more careful?
Best Regards...
