I am 176 cm in tall and I weight 122 kilos I used to be 134 and I started a diet and gym at February 2014 I lost 20 kilos and then I went back to 122. my question is I have to trainers one said I have to start taking protein with 0 fat the other said I have to lose another 20 then I shall start taking protein with 0 fat so what shall I do ??. another question an old relative of mine said don't take protein it will effect your Fertility is that right ?
