I know it isn't heartburn.

Patient

Q: I have been having fainting and low blood pressure episodes since I was in grade 2.I went into a major depression lately because I wasn't being listened to by anyone.I kept explaining to my sister,my son, my GP and ER Doctors that I was having excruciating pain in my left front shin area and could not sleep properly or even find a comfortable position. Finally on my 3rd ER visit the Dr.sent me for an MRI of my back.Big surprise he found a large bone fragment had broken off of one of my 7 bulging disks.I've been in 6 car accidents 3 of them severe.Anyway in the midst of that they also found a cyst on my left kidney,I had told my GP prior to that test that I had passed a blood clot in my urine. He had dismissed that by stating my kidneys were"squeezed"by all the over the counter pain medicine I'd been taking while everyone was dismissing my complaints of agonizing pain.I have been having low blood pressure more frequently now, twice in the last month 60over40 range and alternating high blood pressure 140over100,this is new, generally my BP is at about 120over65.I have also recently been prescribed new medicines. My GP said I don't need further tests done for my heart because I had a stress test, walking on the treadmill two years ago. There is a strong family history of heart disease om my mothers side, she has congestive heart failure.I am 45 years old and I feel very scared that they are missing something big,not seeing the bigger picture with the standardized tests they do in emergency. The last episode was last week, feeling faint, then really hot, then sweating profusely, ringing in my ears, had to lie down for fear of passing right out, feeling like I was going to vomit(new),burning sensation in lower abdomen above my navel(new),with blood pressure dropping even more upon sitting for the ambulance attendants.I don't smoke and my blood sugar was normal when they checked it at 6.2.I have noticed that I sometimes have the blood pressure drop after exercise,it is becoming a pattern.I really need an expert opinion here,I'm scared to do errands or go shopping in case I pass out on the road somewhere. Please help me.This last emergency visit I was told it was heartburn,I've had heartburn with pregnancy,I know it isn't heartburn.
