Patient :I need help. I don't know what else to do but my girlfriend has been experiencing an extreme amount of pain in the abdominal region. It is on her right side of her stomach and the pain continues into her lower back. She was hit by a car (she was walking) in March of 2014 but there was no major injuries to her. She has been in and out of the hospital for a month now. She's received CT Scans, Ultrasounds, and many other tests. A couple weeks ago they discovered a cyst on her ovary that exploded creating a lot of pain but they do not believe that has any affect on her current state of pain. She has an minor infection in her vaginal region but all her tests haven't showed anything. She normally has a high tolerance for pain but they have tried many different pain medicines and nothing is helping her with the pain. Tonight it has now spread to her left side of the stomach. If all of her test results are coming back normal and they can't figure it out What else could this pain be? It's actual pain the doctors believe that they just don't know what it is to cure it. So any suggestions as to what it could be?
