I need help with balance issues, I have parkinsons disease,

Patient

Q: I have Parkinson's Disease and in DEC.2010 I had the DBS, OR DEEP brain stimulation surgery. All of the sudden for the last 2-4 months I have been very off balance to the point that I have fallen down at least 30 times. Luckily so far I have had no serious injuries. I haven't changed any meds. They started me on mirapex for depression, however it wasn't working, it was only making my symptoms worse. So for the last 5 years at least all I take is alprazolam, .5 mg 3x's a day, and otc melatonin for sleep. My dr. knows I drink alcohol and smoke, yet all this has stayed the same, I haven't changed any of my behavior. Is there a supplement or a pill I can take to stop this before I break a bone? I am 63 yrs old.
