Patient: I need to gain muscle because I’m playing College Soccer this coming fall. If I work out without supplements nothing happens, so I want to try glutamine, arginine, vitamin B, and along with my muscle milk. But I want to make sure it don’t interfere with my health. Only thing wrong with me is I had open heart surgery when I was one, due to a whole in my heart. Otherwise I’m very active. I need to make sure taking any of these things won’t comprimise anything in my health and make me sick or worse.
