Patient : Hello, My name is Ben, I've never done this
before but this is my last resort.
I used to lift a lot of weights, I was 98kgs
Of mostly muscle.
For 2 years of shoulder pain and many different
Diagnosis' I found out I had bursitis, it has calmed
Down quite a bit but I still have impingement.
My shoulder is fine up until I complete a weights
Session, then it's really tight and the ache makes
It hard to sleep.
I am 81kgs now as I no longer excercise, but
I'm not toned at all and losing my drive to do anything(no one likes
To look sloppy!).
I am just jogging at the moment, and now I'm starting
To feel pain in my other shoulder, it feels like
My shoulders are so weak from not using them that
I get pain and constant cracking sounds,
Should I lift weights and strengthen the shoulder
Making the impingement worse?? Is there an
Excercise regime I can find somewhere that lets
Me work my shoulders? What do I do?
