I never really worked out before and I'm over weight
Patient :I never really worked out before and I'm over weight for my age (243 lbs ) and I just started to workout and I noticed that my lower back or somewhere in that area pops when I do leg raises as I lower my legs during the exercise and I never injured or broken anything in my life, in have no idea why this is happening do you have any idea of what is wrong or why it's popping?
