Patient :I started having joint pain about 2 was ago. It began as a sensation in my right hip somewhat like a tight muscle. It then spread to both hips and the pain was less like a sore muscle, more like a pinchy, grindy feeling. The pain has since almost completely left my hips (occasionally lingering in the right one only) and has spread to both my knees. The pain is worse when I'm standing and moving, especially using the stairs or turning. It dissapates greatly after a full night's sleep and then re-ignites as I go about my day. Eventually, my knees ache event when I'm sitting. The feeling When standing is similar to the pain felt after hyper extended both knees (which I haven't) and when walkin, my knees feel very sore and fatigued right away. When sitting, the pain is achy and almost like I have an icy/hot patch on. The interiors sides of my k ees are slightly tender to touch. Other symptoms right now, which may not be related, are a red rash on the backs of my knees (possibly exzema) that is aggravated by clothing contact and somewhat helped by coconut oil, and a sore throat. The rash/eczema has been intermittently present for a few months, was before the joint pain and the sore throat is new, probably got it around a week ago. I think that's it. My main concern is the joint pain because it seems sourceless. The only ex revise I do is yoga, which I've been doing for 6 months and I've never felt anything like this. I've even lessened my frequency if it these past 2 weeks, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!
