I started working out about a week in half ago

Patient : I started working out about a week in half ago and have been sweating alot in my vagina area.I became inflamed and swollen down there so I used monistat 3day and took it easy on my workouts for a couple of days and the inflammation went away but Now thinking about it maybe it was just chaffing cause my Skinn peeled a little down there is there a certain kind of cream that might work cause I don't want to have to quit exercising?
