I still do rythmic foot thumping and rocking when sleeping

Q: I still do rythmic foot thumping and rocking when sleeping on my stomach and side. I head banged until I was a teenager. I currently tsle 2 mg of clonazepam and 80 mg of baclofen for RLS. I have Fibromyalgia and am being treated with Effexor And sleep apnea and use a VPAP as well. Anything I can do because this is still bothering my sleep and that of my spouse. I am 53 years old.
