I visited the ER last night(Sunday) because I had 103

Patient : I visited the ER last night(Sunday) because I had 103 temp. My symptoms started Saturday ....chills, very sore throat, runny nose, bad headache. They worsened Sunday night at 10pm. Went to the ERA and threw up 2 times. They diagnosed me with viral infection and influenza. I received a steroid shot thru my iv and tamiflu. Today is Monday and I still feel like crap. The nurse told me to alternate between Tylenol and Ibuprofen every 4 hrs. I haven't been able to eat much. My fever has stayed around 99-101 even after taking Tylenol/Ibuprofen. I'm also coughing up brown mucus and my chest hurts when I breathe and feel very weak. Should I go back to the ER?
