I'm 16, and I want to gain weight in the lower part of the body, because I feel like I'm to thin. I heard soya(soy) milk can help your estrogen levels increase, meaning it will help you gain weight on the lower parts of your body.
I want to try soya milk, but is drinking soya milk safe for a girl my age? Will drinking soya milk affect/harm me in a particular way?
