Patient :I'm 15, and really want to loose some weight. I weigh about 200 lbs. I've tried to cut back on some things, like fast foods, but because my family travels a lot we often go out to eat and don't have enough time to go to a restaurant so we get fast food. This had made it almost impossible for me to cut back on the unhealthy foods. I don't often have a lot of time on my hands for exercise, but I do what I can. I have talked to my mom about it but with the lifestyle she has had us growing up in it is hard for her to change that, and I haven't had much influence on it either. I'm not totally sure what to do. I have asked questions like this online before and haven't really gotten an answer to my question. What can I do? I'm afraid that my weight will cause health problems. I don't have a way to talk to my own doctor, so here I am. Is there any way you can help me? Sorry it's so long. Thank you.
