Patient :I was a grade I obese, I've lost some weight and I've noticed one of my thighs is asymmetrical. Both have a little loose skin and "sagging fat" at the knee, but in one there's a hard round mass. It's just slightly visible if one looks carefully but unmistakable to the touch. I wonder what it might be. Could it be a fat deposit? Cellulite? Should I have it checked by a doctor?
