I was admitted to the hospital on March 13th d/t

Patient

Q: I was admitted to the hospital on March 13th d/t severe abdo and back pain. I'm pretty sure it was my lipase level was 17,000. They told me I had pancreatitis. 24 hours later my levels were 161 so they discharged me. I have had an ultrasound last July ?gallstones that came back negative. And I had a CT when I was admitted last month and nothing was found. I'm not a heavy drinker. I've had GI issues for 10+years now. Acid reflux, GERD, ulcerative proctitis. Now last night, since 2220, I've been vomiting. Each time I vomit, which has been 8 times and it's currently 0615, I have a bm and my stool is getting looser and more fatty each time. I am not experiencing any pain but I'm concerned to leave this if I should be doing something considering it's my pancreas.

Thanks

Doctor
