I was curious as to what you think a problem

Q: I was curious as to what you think a problem i have is. When i was 17 i started getting severe stabbing pains in the middle of my abdomen under my chest. My mom said it was heartburn and gave me tums and warm water and i threw up and felt better. I continually had the pain and when i was 18 i was taken into the er with the pain and they thought it was organ failure by how bad the pain was, but then when they didnt find anything they chalked it up to heartburn and sent me home. I have the pain about twice a month except for the past week ive had it every day. Its so bad, id do ANYTHING to make the pain stop. Now i eat a whole bottle of tums and no relief, i just wait it out in tears night after night. Usually triggers are greasy food or too much food. Sometimes when i have the pain if i lay facing down theres a lump there, like somethings swollen and im laying on it. My doctor had a sonogram of my gallbladder done today, no results yet, but id like to hear what you think. Please, whats wrong with me?
