I was diagnosed borderline b12 deficient Despite the doctor thinking

Patient

Q: I was diagnosed borderline b12 deficient. Despite the doctor thinking my result was ok she started me on 6 weeks of b12 shots. My leg pain from the knee down almost immediately stopped. It has been two weeks since my last shot and the pain has returned. Should I be started on b12 shots again? My b12 result was 189, active B12 was 35.
