I was diagnosed with a yeast infection and given a

Patient: I was diagnosed with a yeast infection and given a one time dose of fluconazole and miconazole 7 vaginal cream. I’m not allergic to any of it but it doesn’t seen to be relieving any symptoms. My discharge has changed color from white to a brownish color. Could this possibly mean the doctor I went to was wrong in the diagnosis?
