I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was about 9
Patient :I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was about 9. When taking my levothyroxine I was always skinny the highest weight I ever was was 96 and that was just last year. I moved states, forgot my pills in my old house, and could only get my prescription filled on emergency. That was two years ago and now I'm 30 pounds heavier. If I start taking my levothyroxine again, will I be able to lose some of this weight?
